TW Travel Wear Easy Returns

We get it! Sometimes a different size is needed or it just doesn't work out!
To initiate a return or exchange please contact support@twtravelwear.com.
 

We have a 30-day return window (30 days from when your items were shipped). We will authorize a return for any item that is in as-new condition, unwashed, and with its original tags intact.

If the item is in returnable condition, we will refund your method of payment. (Please note we deduct $5 for the cost of the return shipping label from your total return.)

We also do local returns so you can save that $5! If you live near the Provo, UT area and would like to return your item(s) just shoot us an email at support@twtravelwear.com.

If the item is not in returnable condition, items will be returned to sender, after which no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned with excessive pet hair & strong perfume/smoke smell.

Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost returned packages & highly recommend keeping your tracking number until delivery is confirmed.
